Gather, Study & Connect

Here are some ways Feinberg Library supports your learning goals and campus life:

  • Diverse spaces — The library is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. most days during the fall and spring semesters. We have over 800 seats across two floors, including:
    • 30 private carrels
    • 3 group-study rooms
    • A Wellness Zone and Sensory-Friendly Zone for relaxation and focus
    • A Family Study Room and Lactation Space
    • 100 computer workstations
  • Supportive librarians — Our dedicated faculty and staff will partner with you through in-person appointments, a 24/7 chat service, meetings at our service desks and more
  • Our collections — Feinberg holds over 200,000 books, including a leisure-reading area — as well as millions of digital resources accessible from anywhere
  • Save money — Textbooks on Reserve and Interlibrary Loan services will help you save money on course materials

Our Special Collections and University Archives is the premier repository of rare and archival materials focused on New York’s North Country, the Adirondacks and the Lake Champlain Valley.

The library shares its first floor with other key student success partners, including Academic Advising, the Claude J. Clark Learning Center, the Accessibility Resources Office, and the Information Technology Services Helpdesk.
