Community advocates, programming advocates or assistant community directors get a free single room or apartment (for ACD positions) and a discounted meal plan. The Radiance Fellowship is a new opportunity for graduate students to work within the athletics and recreation department — athletics communication, fitness center, recreation — in exchange for a discount on a single residence hall room, as well as an hourly wage.
