Ms.St. Onge joined the Career Development Center staff in the role of Interim Director in January of 2014.  She has worked part-time on campus since 2006, serving international students in the Global Education Office, as well as athletes and coaches in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.  Her career counseling experience is drawn from over 15 years as a certified career coach where she served business and community members affected by a reduction in workforce.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont as well as a dual Masters degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs and Guidance & Counseling from Bowling Green State University.

Sally Urban

Areas of Expertise: Experiential education including cooperative education and internships; career / life planning; job search strategies including resume writing, portfolio development, and interviewing; employer relations; and graduate school planning.

Ms. Urban joined the Career Development Center at Plattsburgh State in the fall of 2000. She holds a Master's degree in College Student Personnel from Indiana State University. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Ms. Urban was born and raised in central Wisconsin. She enjoys singing and a variety of cultural activities. She is currently the advisor of the Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir.

Barbara Barry

Ms. Barry began her career at the Plattsburgh State Career Development Center in 1993. She has returned to Career Development after a two-year interval coordinating workforce development programs for youth in the local community. She holds a Master's degree from Columbia University Teachers College in Adult and Higher Education/Student Personnel Administration. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from SUNY Binghamton. Ms. Barry was born and raised in New York City.
