Housing the Center for Earth and Environmental Science and chemistry and physics programs, Hudson Hall is one of the two main science buildings on campus.
Besides the commons area, lecture halls, and laboratories, Hudson Hall also features a remote sensing laboratory and the laboratories for the Lake Champlain Research Institute, which also features its own research vessel, the "Monitor."
In addition, you can also find the North Country Planetarium. The Planetarium serves as one of the laboratories for the astronomy courses and offers several shows throughout the semester open to the public.
