Nutrition Faculty - Dr. Enamuthu Joseph

Enamuthu Joseph Ph.D., R.D., C.D.N. is a tenured full time faculty who teaches in the areas of food science, research and nutritional biochemistry. She received her M.S. from the University of Nebraska in Human Nutrition and Institutional Management and her Ph.D. from Washington State University in the areas of Nutrition.

She is a registered dietitian and a member of the American Dietetic Association as well as a member of the Institute of Food Technology and the Hudson Valley Dietetic Association of New York. Dr. Joseph is active in many departmental and college committees and is the advisor for the Student Dietetic Association. She is committed to research and recently published a paper that involved nutrition and school lunch in the Plattsburgh area. Dr. Joseph involves her students in data collection for her research.
