Welcome to the Latin American Southern Cone Programs Home Page. We provide academic services to North American students wishing to study in Chile,Argentina or Uruguay. This site has information for students making a first inquiry, as well as for those already accepted, those currently in South America, and for our many alumni.

The Latin American Southern Cone Programs home office in Plattsburgh is a part of Plattsburgh State University of New York's Latin American Studies Program (LAS). LAS at Plattsburgh offers both a major and a minor degree in Latin American Studies. For over a decade, LAS has supported and participated in the Organization of American States? Model General Assembly. And in 1990, the LAS faculty initiated the study abroad programs in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. Read more...
