Plattsburgh Boasts a $3.5 Million Training Facility for Students of Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Management

In fall 2004, we proudly opened the doors to a $3.5 million facility in Sibley Hall designed especially for hotel, restaurant, and tourism management students. It includes all new classrooms with cooking stations, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a restaurant, Samuel D's, which is completely run by students.
