Hospital Insurance (Student Injury and Sickness Insurance Plan)

Health insurance is mandatory for full-time students but all students are eligible to participate. For those students who are not covered by a parental plan or who desire supplemental insurance, a health insurance plan is available through the College.

Hospital Insurance Waiver Form

All full-time matriculated domestic students are automatically enrolled in the Student Insurance Plan at registration.

To waive the student health insurance you can remove the charge from your online bill by supplying your insurance information or you can fax the information to Student Accounts (518-564-3116) using the form found at this site:
