Spring Commencement Check List

Meet with advisor to verify eligibility to graduate.
Apply to graduate by completing formal application for diploma through the Registrar's Office before February 22, 2013 to guarantee name will be included in Commencement Program. Applications will be accepted after that date, but there is no guarantee that the names will be included if students wait until the last minute to apply.

Attend the Spring Graduation Expo -- Tuesday, March 26, 2013 (12 - 4 p.m.), Warren Ballroom B, Angell College Center.

Order honor society cord through College Store by mid April.
Purchase graduation announcements (if you wish) at the College Store in Saranac Hall.

Purchase (bachelor's degree) or rent (master's degree) academic regalia at College Store available in early May.
Purchase graduation announcements (if you wish) at the College Store in Saranac Hall.
Pick up name cards at Angell College Center Information Desk, Monday - Friday, May 13 - 17, 2013.
Attend Pre-Commencement Reception, set for Friday, May 17, 2013 (3 - 5 p.m.) in Willard C. Flynt Commons, Angell College Center -- family and friends invited.

Doors to Field House Gymnasium open to guests at 8:00 a.m. for the morning ceremony and 1:00 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony.
Degree candidates assemble in the Ronald B. Stafford Ice Area at the Field House by 8:15 a.m. for the morning ceremony and 1:15 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony. Please bring academic regalia with you.
For those unable to pick up name card during the week prior to Spring Commencement, pick up name cards at the Will-Call Window in the Lobby of the Field House and complete.
