When college is in regular session:
- Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 1 a.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. - 2 a.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m. - 1 a.m.
When college is not in regular session:
- Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 4:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: closed

The Angell College Center, named in memory of the sixth college president, Dr. George Angell, is the focal point of the campus for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Every day during the academic year, students stop in to grab a bite, socialize, catch a movie, or attend one of the many lectures or other special events.
Information Desk
The hub of the Angell College Center is the Information Desk, offering a variety of services including campus event information and tickets, video rentals and magazines, postage, newspapers, and ride cards

Shopping and Eating
The Campus Express Convenience Store includes a UPS shipping center, check cashing, and color and black and white duplicating services.
Main eateries in the building include the Sundowner fast-food court and the Wow Cafe, a southeast franchise whose staple is chicken wings but offers a diversified menu of fast-casual selections. A large courtyard is situated between the eateries, offering outdoor seating.

Student Activities
The Angell College Center also hosts Saturday Late Night Activities which have included in the past year such events as Psychic Night, Bingo Night, Casino Night, Comedians, Hypnotists, amongst many other events.
The Angell College Center is a wireless access zone.
