Separated from Main Hudson 106 Project to avoid any potential hang-ups in proceeding with the Campus LET. Will be added to that project when Consultant is brought on board. Hopefully can get 2 done (possibly late summer) with the other 2 during the semester break.
Algonquin Roof In design stage; to be bid by July 1 with installation October 2004.
Hawkins/Kehoe Site Work To begin by July 1, with completion by Aug. 20, 2004.
Hawkins Pond Internal study in progress.
CHP Generator Bid has been awarded; installation to be completed by mid October 2004.
Library HVAC In the process of reviewing consultant proposals. Bit of a glich in that NYS power authority has indicated that they might be interested in the project but I can see some funding problems so we are still proceeding as if it will be a Campus LET. Decision should be made by August 1st allowing us time for design and installation by early spring. We were hoping that the FUND would have their regional consultant program in place as promised so we could avoid the several month process of evaluation consultant proposals but that has yet to be established.
