The women's tennis team finished sixth of 10 teams at the SUNYAC Championship in a rebuilding year.
The doubles team of Katie DeCoursey and Barbra Kosowsky placed second at No. 1 doubles at the championship. They won the event last year.
The Cardinals began the season with a fourth-place tie at the RPI Invitational and won four of five matches from September 10-24, but then lost four of their next five matches, including their first shutout defeat since 2000.
