Everybody needs help in something. So we asked our professional staff to include what courses they would be tutored in.
"In my first year of university, I failed a Computer Science course in Java. The content was complicated, and I was completely disinterested. The only thing I remember from this class is how the professor kept glaring at me during one of the lectures. My attendance was poor and I had shown up late. About five minutes after I sat down, I unzipped my book bag. Instead of the textbook or some paper, I pulled out a sandwich. I started eating. As the professor lectured, I crunched through lettuce and pickles. Scraps of deli meat kept falling on the floor. The bread got stuck to the roof of my mouth, and I scraped it off with my finger. It was completely obnoxious. As a teacher, I understand my professor’s dirty looks, and I realize that I should have gotten help in that course.”
