Fall 2009 Courses Available for Tutoring
(Note: updated regularly and subject to change due to tutor availability)
The following is a list of courses for which we have trained, content tutors. Content tutors have taken and successfully completed the course. They have been recommended to tutor the course by a faculty member in the department and have completed training with the Learning Center staff. Such training focuses on good tutoring practices and strategies for tutoring in their content area.
If you would like help with a paper for any course, please attend a Writing Walk-In or make an appointment with a writing tutor. Writing tutors may not have taken the course, but they have been recommended by a faculty member to tutor writing and have completed training with Learning Center Staff. Such training focuses on the dynamics of a writing tutoring session and specific strategies to help others become better writers.
