Recognized Occupation(s): SUNY Plattsburgh’s C.A.S. in Educational Leadership prepares individuals to be educational administrators at the elementary and/or secondary level (11-9032.00). 

On-time Graduate Rates: Generally individuals who enroll in this program are already working full-time in a school district. The average time to complete this program as a part-time student is 5 years (60 months). However, students have 10 years to complete the program from the time that they take their first matriculated course. Of the 32 students who entered this program in the spring, summer or fall of 2006, 21 or 66% graduated within 5 years.

Median Loan Debt: Median Title IV Loan Debt, Median Private Loan Educational Debt, and Median Institutional Financing Plan Debt was $0.

The Program Coordinators — Dr. Michael Johnson and Dr. Harry Brooks — have scheduled a meeting for individuals who are interested in learning more about these programs on:

It is our goal to matriculate our first group of accepted students for the Fall of 2013. Each class is taught as a hybrid — approximately 50 percent face-to-face and 50 percent online.
