Dr. Alisa Woods, who graduated from Plattsburgh with a degree in psychology and has since returned as a visiting professor, is leading international research that looks for abnormal proteins — she calls them biomarkers — that are more common in the saliva of autistic children. Read more.

Around 40 Delta Kappa Delta fraternity alumni returned to campus this September to give back to their alma mater and to establish a permanent memorial to their brothers.
The ceremony took place on a rainy afternoon beside Hawkins Pond. There members lit candles in remembrance of their brothers who have died and spoke of the history of the fraternity. Read more.
Zombie Threat on Campus Eradicated for Another YearThe Zombie Defense League, which is an officially recognized student organization, hosted the tournament-style Humans vs. Zombies battle from Oct. 22 to Oct. 25. The competition was open to all students, faculty and staff. Read more.
