Admission to graduate study at SUNY Plattsburgh is based on the academic and personal qualifications of applicants and is granted without regard to race, creed, color, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or handicap.
Graduate programs are administered by their respective academic departments and deans' offices. The decision to accept or deny an applicant resides within these departments.
Each graduate program has unique admission requirements. To check the specific admission requirements for your program of interest, go to the graduate program profiles page and view page 2 of the profile for the program you are interested in.
A checklist of admission requirements is also listed on the first page of each graduate admission application packet.
