Environmental Geology Study Option

Our Environmental Geology Study Option Allows You To:

  • Become a professional geologist with expertise in processes occurring at the Earth's surface.
  • Have expertise in the areas of environmental geology, geomorpholory or hydrology.
  • Work in an environmental or geotechnical consulting firm.

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geology, Study Option in Environmental Geology (120 credits)

A new major, encompassing our old major in environmental geology. This program is ideal for preparing students to enter the job market in geological/environmental consulting. It is also an excellent choice for students double majoring in environmental science.
