A Note to Students About This Page

This listing is maintained as a service for your convenience. SUNY Plattsburgh employees do not inspect, approve, or supervise the premises listed on this web page. The College does not become a party to private landlord-tenant matters.

Requirements

Current students should be advised that SUNY Plattsburgh requires all undergraduates to live in state owned and operated residence facilities. Exceptions apply to those students commuting from home, married, age 21 or older, or who have already lived four semesters on a college campus. All students are required to keep a current college address on file with the office of the Housing and Residence Life Office.

Knowledge is Your Best Defense

Before signing a lease be sure to read the lease carefully! Don't sign anything you don't understand and or agree with! Leases are negotiable! If you have any questions about leases, feel free to stop in at the Housing and Residence Life Office. We will be more than happy to help!
